Seeking Your Input – Strategic Planning Survey Now Open

Northwestern Community,
In partnership with The Impact Group, we are excited to announce the launch of a strategic planning process that will help guide the future of Northwestern Local Schools over the next 3–5 years. This plan will align our mission, vision, and goals to ensure we continue growing and effectively serving our community.
Your feedback is essential. One key way to participate is by completing our confidential online survey. It takes just a few minutes and is designed to gather your thoughts, priorities, and ideas.
The survey is now open and will remain available through October 23.
We encourage all families and community members to share their input. Your voice matters and will help shape the future of our district.

P.S. Please remember that in addition to the survey, we will host one-hour focus group sessions. These will offer a space for open conversation about our current strengths, future opportunities, and potential challenges ahead. Focus group dates will be October 8 and 21 starting at 7 in the High School Auditorium and October 12, at noon, virtually through Zoom.
